Daniel Hathaway is a multifamily real estate developer and general contractor with more than 25 years of experience delivering apartment communities across the Southeastern United States. A graduate of the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, Daniel began his career with Wood Partners before joining Hathaway Development, where he advanced from Assistant Project Manager to President and Owner of Hathaway Construction Services, Inc. and Partner at Hathaway Development. Throughout his career, he has been integral in the construction and development of more than 20,000 multifamily units spanning Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and beyond.
In 2019, Daniel co-founded Lynx Capital, a private equity fund focused on ground-up multifamily development and stabilized asset acquisitions throughout the U.S., with an emphasis on suburban secondary and tertiary markets. Since its inception, Lynx Capital has raised over $200 million in investment capital and invested in more than 5,000 multifamily units across the Southeast.
Daniel is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He serves on the Board of Directors for the Capital City Club in Atlanta and has served as Board Treasurer for the Ocmulgee Chapter of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
