John Spivey joined Hathaway Development in March of 2015 having previously served as Development Manager for Hathaway from 2005 to 2009. John was named COO of Atlanta Refrigeration in 2009 and continued in that role for 6 years. During his time at Hathaway Development John has been involved in over 10,000 units of ground up multi-family development. His responsibilities include project oversite from inception to completion of all Hathaway Development ground up projects and acquisitions. John attended The University of Georgia and has a B.B.A. of General Business from The Terry College of Business.
