Marshall joined Hathaway Development in March of 2025 as a Senior Associate and is focused on all aspects of multifamily deal execution including development, acquisitions, and asset management. Marshall was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. His career began at Mercer Investments where he spent a year as a Real Estate Investment Analyst evaluating private equity fund offerings on behalf of discretionary and advisory clients. He then spent two years with Arris Holdings as a Multifamily Development Associate where he was involved in the development of over 2,000 units and $500MM of transaction volume. Marshall then moved over to the sister company, Core Property Capital, where he was the lead asset manager for a 2.1MM sf office and retail portfolio and executed on six refinances in excess of $80MM over the course of a year.
