Marzena joined Hathaway in 2004, developing a comprehensive background in construction, development, and real estate accounting. As a member of the development team, she supports all phases of project capitalization, development, and management. Her role entails development analysis, due diligence, investor relations, and various asset management. Marzena holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State University
