Patrick joined Hathaway in August of 2022 and plays a key role in overseeing all ground-up development projects from inception through completion. His responsibilities include day-to-day coordination and management of ongoing developments, ensuring projects stay on track and meet Hathaway Development standards.

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Patrick earned his degree from the University of Mississippi's School of Business Administration in 2022, graduating with a double major in Managerial Finance and Real Estate.
