Anna joined the Hathaway Companies in 2018 after practicing commercial real estate law at Burr & Forman in their Atlanta office. Anna is involved in the ground-up development of multifamily apartment projects, as well as the acquisition of stabilized multifamily communities. She was integral to the establishment of private equity group, Lynx Capital, and helped to raise and close nearly $35 million in its 2019 inaugural fund. She works closely with investors in all stages of the funds and their operation. In 2020, Anna was made Chief Compliance Officer of Lynx Capital. She worked closely with compliance, and in August of 2022, Lynx Capital became a Registered Investment Adviser with the SEC. Since its inception, Lynx Capital has successfully raised over $200 million in investment dollars and invested in over 4,000 multi-family units in the Southeast region.

Anna attended the University of Georgia, where she earned an A.B.J. in Advertising and a B.A. in English in 2012. She earned her J.D. from the Charleston School of Law in 2016. Anna was an active member of the student community, serving as a teaching fellow and as Interim President of Women in Law in her third year. Anna also participated in the NAAC Moot Court Competition as an oral advocate in her second year, and served as Senior Articles Editor of the Charleston Law Review. In 2021, Anna went on to complete her M.B.A. at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business as a part of its PMBA program.
